Due to high demand, we recommend scheduling your estimate at least five days in advance to ensure we have availability for your project.

You can choose to either use your own lights or purchase ours. We also offer leasing, which is our most popular option. With this service, we provide all materials (lights, extension cords, etc.), handle the complete installation and takedown, and store the lights at our location for free.

The number of strands needed depends on the tree's size and the desired visual effect.

Yes, a large number of strands may require a dedicated circuit. While we are not responsible for inadequate or faulty electrical sources, we can provide guidance on your electrical needs.

For residential properties, we can safely install lights up to 40 feet using ladders. For extended heights, we offer bucket lift services.

We recommend using an outdoor timer, as it can significantly reduce energy costs. A common schedule is to run the lights from 6 p.m. to midnight.

We will replace any malfunctioning strand free of charge. However, individual bulbs and damage from weather or neglect are not covered. For a premium insurance agreement that covers all equipment and offers a 48-hour response time, please ask about our premium plan.

We provide all lights and decorations included in your quote. However, we are happy to install the lights you have purchased yourself.

We can install your lights, but we do not offer any guarantees on equipment we did not provide.
